Two time PGA Championship winner Justin Thomas recently returned home to Louisville for his Justin Thomas Foundation junior golf tournament at Harmony Landing. Thomas also appeared at the home of Valhalla co-owner Jimmy Kirchdorfer to preview the 2024 PGA Championship to be held at the iconic Louisville course. In a freewheeling interview in front of about 100 guests, Justin and Jimmy touched on the professional golfer's ongoing dedication to Saint Xavier High School. Thomas is a 2011 graduate of the highly acclaimed Catholic high school. School officials had to be thrilled with the words Thomas rolled out in praise of his alma mater. โIโd do anything to have a week back at St. Xโฆit got me prepared for a great place in life.โ

โณ๏ธ Bipartisan Charity Golf Match โณ๏ธ Yarmuth & Meiners prevail as $15,000 goes to charities
โณ๏ธ The Bipartisan Charity Golf Match at Valhalla generated $15,000, split evenly between the WHAS Crusade for Children and Louisville's West End School. Thanks to Senator Rand Paul and Representative John Yarmuth for illustrating that those with nearly polar opposite political views can work together for charity. Businessman/philanthropist Junior Bridgeman leveled the donations so that each charity picked up $7,500. Congratulations to Team Yarmuth/Meiners for closing out the match on #16 with a Yarmuth birdie. ๐ Peace is possible! ๐ฏ #BipartisanCharityGolf FINAL โณ๏ธ After a @RepJohnYarmuth birdie on 16, Team Yarmuth/Meiners closes out Team Paul/Bridgeman โณ๏ธโผ๏ธ $7,500 to @CrusadeChildren $2,500 to West End School@RepJohnYarmuth @RandPaul @840WHAS @WHAS11 pic.twitter.com/HaECQL4FKb โ Terry Meiners (@terrymeiners) July 23, 2021 #Kentucky #charities #Republican #Democrat #bipartisanship If you asked the average person, would a Republican and
AOC not kidding, Nobel Peace Prize melts from Greta’s grasp
I snapped this stunning photo at Valhalla Golf Club on October 10, 2019. Climate change activists continually warn us that the planet will no longer sustain human life within 10 years so I'm trying to play as much golf as I can before my body explodes from heat. It was a tranquil walk around Valhalla until I heard this disturbing news: Greta is already a flash in the pan...a flash that likely added extra heat that our withering world does not need! The Nobel Peace Prize panel chose an African leader for this year's prize - HOW DARE YOU! That Nobel RIGHTFULLY belongs to sweet Greta Thunberg, the teen who scolded adults for chasing money instead of riding bikes and eating vegan
Painting the town red
The University of Louisville's inaugural season in the Atlantic Coast Conference demands a new look on the Yum Center basketball floor. This time lapse video shows the entire process. Meanwhile, athletics director Tom Jurich and head basketball coach Rick Pitino are participating in various charitable fundraising events to further the school's philanthropic footprint in Kentucky and the region.
PGA four way play
Watch Rory, Phil, Rickie, and Henrik play every shot of their final rounds in the 2014 PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville. SPOILER: Rory wins.
