Many learned minds say assimilation is better than self-imposed segregation. Let's be clear. Racism exists in America. Nonetheless, wasting progressive capital complaining about movie awards in liberal Hollywood is beyond ridiculous. Commensurate diversity in boardrooms, company hierarchy, and academia? Absolutely. Measured diversity in the financial sector? No doubt. Affirmative action for awards shows? Get serious. It's condescending, patronizing, manipulation equivalent to "toddler praise," feigned over-excitement for accomplishments. YOU got an award??? That's OUTSTANDING! Good for you!
