Inadvertent media errors are understandable. Punctuation and camera angles sometimes get the short shrift by media workers. No one gets hurt by minor mistakes in media. However, lives are ruined when media manipulation is in play. This adds to the burning tire fire that is fake news. Ouch! We report tonight the real bombshell: Christine Ford’s close HS friend (who Ford says was at the party when Kavanaugh allegedly assaulted her) said Ford’s story is not believable and told the FBI Ford’s allies pressured her, threatened her with a smear campaign to say otherwise https://t.co/GQhBTXHcze— Jan Crawford (@JanCBS) September 17, 2019 This is really helpful to our media business. Thanks for the punch in the face, New York Times. So the New York

New York Times reveals Kentucky Derby winner failed a drug test just prior to the Run for the Roses
The New York Times racing writer Joe Drape shocked the horse racing universe with documentation proving that 2018 Triple Crown winner Justify failed a drug test after winning the Santa Anita Derby. That victory earned Justify enough points to qualify for the Kentucky Derby. Justify went on to win the Kentucky Derby but the Times story illustrates how the horse should have been disqualified from claiming the Santa Anita victory, thus opening a Derby slot for someone else's horse. Justify was found to have scopolamine in is system, a banned substance known to aid breathing and heart acceleration. Many in the California racing business are aware that scopolamine can get into hay through "environmental contamination." Trainer Bob Baffert was made aware of the
BOMBSHELL DUD! when American media allows Buzzfeed to lead the news, well, the media looks stupid and partisan
Every morning, NBC's TODAY Show starts with some sort of breathless, hysteria-driven BOMBSHELL news story on Trump. It's so predictable that the Boy Who Cried Wolf would advise "yeah, you may want to get that verified, nitwits." So now we are letting BUZZFEED (the web home of fart jokes and quizzes about naming genitals) lead the news on traditional media outlets? Our media industry looks ridiculous. But, we are about to TAKE DOWN TRUMP so any port in a storm. Buzzfeed = The New York Times if it is negative about Trump. Let's run with it as the lead story!!!!! “One TX Democrat now says if this explosive new report is true, Pres. Trump must either resign or be impeached.”@halliejackson has
Our partisan media in a nutshell: false equivalency
Five-time Super Bowl champs the New England Patriots visited the White House yesterday. Some players choose to politicize the moment by announcing that they won't attend to show opposition to President Donald Trump. The New York Times tweeted comparison photos from 2017 to the Patriots' last visit in 2015 when Barack Obama was in office. Patriots' turnout for President Obama in 2015 vs. Patriots' turnout for President Trump today: https://t.co/OxMEOqZonI pic.twitter.com/pLmJWhOw1j— NYT Sports (@NYTSports) April 19, 2017 One problem. The arrangements were significantly different but left out of the N.Y. Times demeaning visual comparison. These photos lack context. Facts: In 2015, over 40 football staff were on the stairs. In 2017, they were seated on the South Lawn. https://t.co/iIYtV0hR6Y— New England Patriots
