Cop must pay for leaking audio of distressed actress caught car humping
The Los Angeles police department's ethics commission has declared that one of its officers must pay $10,000 for leaking audio to TMZ. The body camera audio proved that he did not disrespect a distraught African American actress who was detained after failing to offer identification.
