I wrote the following post a few days after a group of 200 Louisville youths rampaged through downtown, beating sightseers, pedestrians, and a driver stopped at a traffic light. The punks also swarmed a store to loot it and assault employees, an act that the owner says happens routinely. My post was shared thousands of times so it's obvious that the community agrees that it's time to educate those who refuse to educate their own. -- Terry Meiners -- The rebirth of serenity March 27, 2014 at 12:39pm Distressed about violence in Louisville and elsewhere? People who give birth are the responsible parties. Why are those teenagers on a bus at 12:30 a.m.? Unless they're coming directly home from work, there is no excuse.

Inaugural PM Louisville show on WHAS-TV
Here are cuts from the very first PM Louisville show that ran on September 7, 1989. WHAS-TV added hosts Ange Humphrey Davidson and me to localize the PM Magazine franchise. Ange and I would shoot all five of the next week's shows on Wednesday mornings at WHAS studios. We would begin at 8 a.m. and change clothes after each show to record the next. We usually wrapped shooting by 1:30 so that I could get to work prepping my radio show. Ange and I hosted PM Louisville for only one year. The show was repackaged as Louisville Tonight Live, which was broadcast live at 7 p.m. nightly. My radio show runs until 7 every night and Ange Humphrey lived

At 11 a.m. on January 15, 2014, I realized that I'd already been to Mass and then hosted a live TV show wearing two different styles of shoes. Not one person mentioned my mismatch. Am I so cray cray now that no one even notices an oddity of this level? Time to hire a Man Friday. You'll note in the photo that I also lost a tassel. You can see the different shoes in this TV segment. I never caught it until I went home to change. Here's some video from Great Day Live where you can see my mismatched shoes.
