House Budget Committee Chairman Rep. John Yarmuth (KY-3) joined me on 840WHAS to add deeper context to the spending plans in the Biden Administration's American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Mr. Yarmuth is the primary author of the legislation. Parts of it were retooled by the Senate but it was ultimately passed and signed into law last week.
