The protest was led by Black Lives Matter activist Chanelle Helms who screams the f-word throughout the two-hour late evening protest. Helms is known for her screed urging white people to give up their homes to black families as a form of reparation for slavery. Mayor Fischer responded to Governor Bevin the next morning
