I need help and the Dr. in the Neurosurgical practice I work for said to E-mail you since you are “all that!” Last evening a woman was outside on Eastern Parkway yelling and screaming, traffic had stopped and a smallish white dog was running frantic. This woman claims the dog attacked her after being thrown out of a moving car, and being hit by another. The person that threw the dog sped off while the man that ran over her stopped until cars starting to honk to get by. This dog was obviously very injured
