Philadelphia TV reporter Karen Hepp went on a three minute rant predicting that people would be dying or accidentally starting "many, many fires...tonight and tomorrow" as they deal with power outages from a winter storm. Calm down, sister. Predicting catastrophes in the form of a filibuster is not going to ease the tension. As the next few days passed, very few fires or deaths were reported in the metro area.
